The Adam Morgan Foundation (AMF) is dedicated to creating inclusive opportunities for neurodiverse individuals and individuals with co-occurring conditions through education, awareness, communication access, and technology as a natural support. Our mission is to empower individuals, families, caregivers, and professionals to build confidence, independence, and self-determination through person-centered education and evidence-informed practices.

Rather than focusing solely on disability or deficits, AMF recognizes each individual as a capable learner whose growth is influenced by both personal strengths and the environments in which they live, learn, work, and participate.

  • Person-centered planning
  • Self-determination
  • Adult learning theory (Andragogy)

Every recommendation begins with one central question:

"How can we increase this person's ability to direct their own life?"
