Dr. Rachel Morgan is a devoted wife and proud mother of four incredible children. She earned her Doctorate in Education with a specialization in Andragogy from Lindenwood University in 2017, following a master’s degree in Education with a concentration in early intervention for Autism and Sensory Impairments. With a passion for inclusive education, Dr. Morgan holds certifications as a Certified Autism Specialist and a Board Certified Telepractice Specialist through IBCCES. In July 2024, she further expanded her expertise by earning a certification as an Enabling Technology Integration Specialist from SHIFT.
She is the founder of The Adam Morgan Foundation, a nonprofit established in 2008 to support families raising children with autism and other sensory needs. A respected national speaker and author of Building Forever Friendships – Strategies to Help Your Friend with Autism or Other Special Needs at School, Dr. Morgan is dedicated to promoting meaningful inclusion for students with diverse needs across schools, homes, neighborhoods, and communities.

Known for a proactive approach, attention to detail, and a calm-under-pressure mindset, Susan wears many hats—from coordinating meetings and managing vendor relationships to ensuring everyone in the office has what they need to succeed. Carlise is a full-time Community Specialist at the Adam Morgan Foundation and a full-time college student, Carlise is committed to balancing multiple responsibilities. She have earned an Associate of Arts degree in Teaching and am currently pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education at UMSL, with plans to graduate in 2027. Her hope is intended to continue my education by enrolling in a master's program in the fall of 2027.
Carlise is passionate about my future career and the work she does. She enjoy learning, teaching, motivating others, and maintaining a positive mindset while working. Outside of my professional and academic commitments, she actively enjoy life as a young student. Carlise strongly believe that every student deserves equal opportunities, and she is dedicated to supporting their success.
Susan Newton with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Special Education and a master’s in education specializing in Autism, I’ve committed my life to uplifting diverse learners. I hold an Educational Specialist degree in Instructional Leadership with an emphasis in Andragogy, combining transformative strategies with an understanding of how adults thrive in learning environments. I am a Certified Autism Specialist, a Board-Certified Telehealth Specialist, and an Enabling Technology Integration Specialist—bringing cutting-edge tools, remote accessibility, and individualized support to every space I serve. My work is rooted in equity, empowerment, and meaningful connection. I’m also a Shamanic Reiki Master, blending energy healing with intuitive care to support holistic well-being. As a wife, mother of two radiant boys, and cat mom to a quartet of charming felines, I embrace the joy, noise, and love that fill our home. Nature is my sanctuary, animals are my soul companions, and education is my lifelong calling. I believe in tailored strategies, joyful learning, and creating inclusive environments where every person can shine.
Patricia is a Community Specialist with the Adam Morgan Foundation. Patricia has her bachelor's degree in psychology from Truman State University, and her master's in education from Lindenwood University. She has experience working with people of all ages and enjoys seeing the A-ha moment when someone understands something new or has mastered a new skill. Patricia believes that everyone should learn and express their knowledge in the ways that work best for them, instead of having it fit into certain standards and boxes. Outside of work she enjoys doing crafts like beading and scrapbooking, and spending time with her family
Lindsey is a part-time Community Specialist with the Adam Morgan Foundation and Adam Morgan’s direct support professional at UMSL, where she helps him navigate college coursework, communication, and daily routines using AAC tools and assistive technology. Her work centers advocacy and independence for neurodivergent individuals. Inspired by Adam, Lindsey is now pursuing her Bachelor's in Educational Studies and plans to join the Foundation full-time after graduating in 2026. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband and their lively puppy, Roxy, and is active in Midwest Off-Road Hers—a women-led Jeep group that fundraises for local causes.

Hannah is particularly passionate about special education and advocates for the value of differentiated instruction in supporting diverse learning needs. Hannah believes every individual deserves an environment where they feel seen, heard, and empowered, and is committed to providing opportunities that foster growth, confidence, and joy for individuals of all abilities.
