A Strengths‑Focused Academic Evaluation Through the Adam Morgan Foundation

At the Adam Morgan Foundation, we use the KTEA to support our mission of empowering individuals with disabilities by identifying not only areas of need, but also the strengths, talents, and learning styles that make each person unique. Our approach is warm, individualized, and rooted in advocacy. Every assessment is designed to help families, educators, and care teams understand how a student learns best—so supports can be meaningful, personalized, and effective.

We integrate all aspects of the evaluation to create a whole‑person learning profile, highlighting both strong skill areas and opportunities for growth. Why Choose AMF for Your Assessment At the Adam Morgan Foundation, we believe every learner deserves to be seen through a strengths‑based lens. Our KTEA assessments are designed to:

  • Celebrate a person’s abilities, interests, and natural learning strengths
  • Identify academic barriers with clarity and compassion
  • Support IEP development, transition planning, and instructional decision‑making
  • Provide families with actionable recommendations they can use immediately
  • Promote independence, confidence, and self‑advocacy

Each evaluation includes a supportive testing environment, professional interpretation, and a report written in clear, family‑friendly language.
